My passion for movement and my love for Christ led me to Christian yoga in which I found the perfect combination of challenging my body in a way that glorifies God and centering my mind & heart on Him. My hope with East to West Yoga is to allow a moment of stillness in your week where you can come before the One who loves you so faithfully & rest your busyness and cares at His feet. My prayer is that this series will leave you restored, rejuvenated and reminded of the peace that flows from our God.
